Environmental Review Manager

Direct environmental review and permitting of high voltage transmission lines, large electric power generating plants, energy storage systems, large wind energy conversion systems and pipelines to ensure compliance with state statutes and rules. This posting is for a position with the Energy Environmental Review and Analysis (EERA) unit at Commerce. The EERA unit will transfer to the Minnesota Public Utilities Commission on July 1, 2025 and the successful candidate for this position will become a Commission employee on this date. Position is based in St. Paul, Minnesota. Candidates must be available to appear for briefings, meetings and hearings in St. Paul regularly. This position also includes the opportunity for telework.
