On September 21, 2022, the South Carolina Energy Office released the Electric Vehicle (EV) Stakeholder Initiative Report. South Carolina worked with over 350 diverse stakeholders in preparing the report which examines the legislative and regulatory landscape for EV access and adoption, identifies challenges and opportunities, and provides recommendations for the state.
