NASEO’s Innovation Advisory Group, formed in 2019, advises NASEO staff and membership on strategies, program and partnership models, and policy approaches that advance and encourage State Energy Office investment and support of early-stage and emerging clean energy technologies. With guidance from the Innovation Advisory Group, NASEO hosted the inaugural NASEO Energy Technology Innovation Summit in February 2020, bringing together State Energy Officials, federal agency leaders, technology investors, research institution experts, and other major players advancing clean technology research, development, demonstration, and deployment.
